  • Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate communications by promptly responding to emails and organising meetings with key stakeholders.

    • Review and evaluate applications for our programs, ensuring that all criteria are met and identifying the best candidates for participation.

    • Design and issue certificates of participation for attendees of our webinars and events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    • Actively participate in meetings and take on additional tasks as required to support the smooth running of our programs and initiatives.

    Requirements

    • familiarity with google products (Docs, Sheets, Etc.)

    • open to anyone in year 12 or above

  • Responsibilities

    • Identify trending topics and relevant subjects in the blogging sphere through research on industry trends, keyword analysis, and audience preferences.

    • Compile and organise research data from credible sources, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

    • Develop comprehensive articles that meet SEO guidelines, engage readers, and align with the editorial voice and brand identity.

    • Collaborate with the editorial team to refine and optimize content before publication.

    Requirements

    • good writing skills and research skills

    • open to anyone in year 11 or above

  • Responsibilities

    • Facilitate regular biweekly sessions to engage with mentees, offering guidance, support, and addressing their queries.

    • Attend meetings to review mentee progress, discuss their development, and collaborate on shaping future mentoring sessions.

    • Complete additional activities to further support mentees such as personal statement checks and CV checking.

    • Undergo internal training on an annual basis to stay informed on all you need to know for your role.

  • Responsibilities

    • Seek and apply for financial support to sustain and expand programs or projects.

    • Manage and update social media accounts to promote initiatives, share updates, and engage with the community.

    • Organise and conduct webinars, and develop educational courses to provide valuable learning experiences.

    Requirements

    • open to anyone in year 12 or above

    • good research skills

    • Participate in training sessions to learn how to effectively review and evaluate personal statements.

    • Assess personal statements according to internal standards, providing quality feedback and ensuring they meet established targets.

    • willing to undergo training in our product system

    • open to anyone in year 13 or above who has made it to interview stage

    • Participate in training sessions to learn how to effectively conduct panel and MMI mock interviews

    • Assess participants on pre-made questions, providing tailored feedback to improve their answers.

    • willing to undergo training in our product system

    • open to anyone who has received a UK medical school offer

    This role is only open to university students and above.
