- Actively participate in meetings and take on additional tasks as required to support the smooth running of our programs and initiatives.

- Identify trending topics and relevant subjects in the blogging sphere through research on industry trends, keyword analysis, and audience preferences.
- Compile and organise research data from credible sources, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop comprehensive articles that meet SEO guidelines, engage readers, and align with the editorial voice and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to refine and optimize content before publication.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate regular biweekly sessions to engage with mentees, offering guidance, support, and addressing their queries.
- Attend meetings to review mentee progress, discuss their development, and collaborate on shaping future mentoring sessions.
- Complete additional activities to further support mentees such as personal statement checks and CV checking.
- Undergo internal training on an annual basis to stay informed on all you need to know for your role.
